      Decent pay. Reasonable work schedule.

      Cons

      Petty office drama. Methods that make no sense. Absolutely zero capability to use advanced technology. Refusal to digitize things perfectly about to be digitized. Salesman favoritism. TC side would FREQUENTLY fail to complete jobs which result in CSR taking all the heat. Managers expected to be in the field so ZERO office support. Managers "in field" actually just going on 3-5 hour lunches.

      Good pay only in the summer

      Cons

      Practically working for free in the winter. Very poor Branch and Service Management. Favoritism and discrimination. High turn over. Long Hours every day 7am-6pm. Work every other Saturday. No management support.
