      Pros

      Good carrier opportunities within company, great team to work with, it's a national company which guarantee certain stability, interesting kind of job.

      Cons

      Irregular work time - especially during Summers you got to be available. Unfortunately, that industry (pest control) doesn't pay enough to be financially independent. Especially when the man is the only provider for his family. For some technicians; however, there are circumstances that allow quite good income.

      Pros

      company car in addition to salary/commission for qualified sales people. Affordable health care and other benefits. 100+ year old company with solid growth history in a recession resistant industry.

      Cons

      Large corporation can lead to slow implementation of change/improvement of internal systems. Not a company that can teach an entry level person to sell, but can give all of the needed industry expertise needed for an experienced sales professional to thrive.
