      flexibility in time and a good amount of freedom.

      Cons

      Middle and upper management provide little substance in training. Too many are more focused on their own professional agenda. Management appears to be unaware or disinterested in the change of the business landscape and continue to believe their model is invincible. Competition is getting sharper and hungrier. Successful companies adapt to that.
