      The varied job duties and customers you meet.

      Cons

      They only care about SALES. If you are a technician, salesman or manager all the care about is SALES. You can be a pitiful technician but if SALES are good you're a hero. Managers can have every other category be weak but if SALES are high they hi five you. Its a SALES company pretending to be a service organization.

      Pros

      Great Branch Manager, company car, no Sundays, 2 Saturdays a month, most of the time home for dinner at 6pm, uniforms provided, fair health benefits, great holiday benefits, 401 matching, close to my house.

      Cons

      Upper management is not realistic, just because one branch is doing well, don't mean all branches can do as well in Sales. It is a sales job, selling more to each customer, after the second year, you have offered everything already to the same customer. Prices are high, no matter if we are Orkin, we are not competitive to other companies. Cars can't do 70 mph really is stupid, at least do the speed limit. To much paperwork and not enough help building business, the admin staff don't like taking care of customers calls. Managers don't like follow up on customers calls.
