      Great training, decent pay, flexible hours. It's a good place overall especially for advancement.

      Sometimes management can be rude to employee. They don't empathize with employees.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Upper management is very supportive and the training is excellent. You feel a part of the team the whole time and the pay is good. There are also opportunities for advancement and other company perks like a car and fuel allowance.
