      Pros

      Have been in business for over 100 years- stability. Offer excellent training for employees- continuing education. Working in a branch is an overall a great experience. Working as a team, good co-workers. Good 401K match of up to 6%.

      Cons

      Orkin has a sense of loyalty to their current employees, even when they need to be replaced. Sometimes it seems management can't find the ability to take the correct course of action for some employees that are outdated and refuse to comply.
