      Pros

      Excellent training. 5 out of 6 managers were great. Most other techs were great too.

      Cons

      As with many companies. Sales didn't do the greatest job of working with service. They undersold accounts and left the mess for service to clean up with no accountability for bad sales and inspection practices. This lead to many disatisfied customers and poorly paid accounts.
