Great to start, goes downhill fast.

Pros

Lots of information to learn, talking to customers can be the best part of the day, sick pay is nice.

Cons

Management picks favorites and those favorites can treat you however they like with no fear of management stepping in. I have been treated poorly, blatantly ignored, and used as a dumping ground for unwanted roles. The work load is far too much for the pay. Training is not adequate.

Pros

Great benefits, company vehicle, free gas and insurance. Set your own schedule, work in a variety of environments.

Cons

Old fashioned company. It's a boy's club, and managment is hit and miss. They don't take advantage of new technology, and waste tons of money doing things the old, comfortable way. They chose to develop their own mobile scanning software instead of using available technology, and that took years and years of money and headaches to even get close to usable. Chances of moving vertically in the company are very low.
