Helping customers with pest problems and making sure they are satisfied with results and working with most employees at branch level

Cons

Region management is unethical-rewards illegal activity as long as branch numbers are good and has no true leadership capabilities, company blames good employees for things out of their control--i.e. loss of customers due to poor economy, Charges new customers less than long-term customers due to yearly price increases. There is very little support from upper management when it comes to keeping customers during poor economy.

Pros

Relationships at branch level are awesome. Most of the Branch managers really care about developing their people. The training you get when youfirststart and the ongoing training opportunities are second to none.

Cons

Decisions on promotions have no rhyme or reason. They create positions for some people over one department and then give them a department they know nothing about without even considering how the Senior person who is more than qualified will react.
