      Needs a business model restructure

      Pros

      -as a technician lots of opportunity for overtime -good health benefits in Canada if you are full-time

      Cons

      -Management is comprised mainly of traditional males -Low pay for expectation of duties and responsibility, especially for young people looking to start out their career -very dated systems in office and out in the field -training and procedures are not thorough enough for the type of work expected to be completed by those in office and out in the field

      Thank you for your service with Orkin and we are disappointed that this was how you felt leaving our organization. We also feel we have good benefits and opportunities to grow a career with Orkin. However, we do acknowledge some of your concerns in the areas of systems and training specifically. In fact, tools including new technology, BOSS, that are already deployed in the US are being rolled out to our Canadian locations. Also, we do realize and desire more diversity in our leadership roles and continue to provide training and development in order to continue to provide equal opportunities to our employee base.
