      401K match, challenging work, always busy, teaching culture

      Cons

      Non stop micro managing. Excessive long hours for managers, sales. I left five years ago but just met with 2-3 former co-workers who say it's worse than ever. Sales people still hired then fired faster than you can eat a breakfast sausage, techs have a million responsibilities. Sounds like they still work 55 hours a week on salary. Still have to answer company phone 24X7X365.

      Training is great and most of upper mgmt cares about the employees

      Cons

      In some areas the “what you did yesterday isn’t good enough for today” mentality is obvious.
