Corporate has their head stuck in their A**. they expect way too much out of us termite techs. for example, we are expected to work in attics in 90 degree weather, with no plan on unexpected delays. also safety equipment is hard to get as an employee for whatever reason. corporate constantly will harass supervisors and managers when quotas are not being reached (like there isn't a recession currently). Very long hours. i leave home at 6am and wont get back until at least 6pm, no paid travel time before and after working. They will preach safety and follow the label but will turn a blind eye to make sure a job gets done. there is no bonuses or commissions but yet they expect some degree of selling even when you have an overbooked schedule.

Copious hours, constant growth=constant growing pains, but all in all, you are able to change people’s lives for the better and that I couldn’t want more. — you will receive calls when you’re on PTO demanding action with certain national account reps. This really depends on which national account reps you have. Some are the bees knees and wonderful, and some others need to work on partnerships rather than demands.
