      Pros

      Pay is pretty good, they provide a company car too. Benefits are expensive but offered.

      Cons

      Micro-management of even productive employees. They don't care about the people who work there. At all. Can't idle with the heat on in the truck while eating lunch on a 10 degree day. Cameras inside the truck to watch you. Don't fire bad employees that cost them money, don't reward good employees that make them more money. All employees are expendable, and are treated as such. Including managers. They don't care.

      The learning center is fine to work the people were engaging and very nice to be around.

      Cons

      The learning center is fine to work but the rest of the company is kinda racist in their policies and the way the operate, no upward mobility if you are a person of color especially.
