      Pros

      Great benefits, decent pay. Work/life balance can be hit or miss depending on branch location. I love my job, even with the high stress. Customers and co-workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Extreme micro-managing. They say they are a family and care about their employees but their actions don't line up. Branch level employees are friendly and seem to care. Region level, cut throat, stay away. Corporate level, out of touch. Do not get sick and have to take medi cal leave.

      The online training is good, The Manager is amazing and looks out for you,

      Cons

      Their accounting is all over the place. You HAVE to track your commission and pay or risk working for free.
