My experience working with Orlando Health has been truly rewarding. I began my journey 13 years ago with a great deal of uncertainty. However, through the support, dedication, and commitment of the team and leadership, I was able to overcome those challenges and continue growing to this day. They made me feel valued and truly part of the family. Orlando Health provided countless opportunities for professional growth and development that I never imagined I could achieve outside the organization, which is why I chose to stay. Although I was initially hesitant and questioned my credibility, behind the scenes there was always a dedicated team working together to help me become who I am today.
