      Pros

      Large company. Several places to work.

      Cons

      Horrible staffing conditions, nurses in ICU with 3-4 patients, other units up to 10 patients per nurse. Bonus shifts are a joke, have to fight to get paid for them. Pay is shameful. Health care benefits only with OH providers. Leadership says one thing and does the complete opposite.

      Proximity to Orlando and it’s suburbs

      Cons

      The work ethic and “teamwork” of the people in the units was laughable. I’ve never seen more lazy nurses in my life. Nobody willing to train or lift a finger. Mentioned it to management and they didn’t care, they were all in a click and too busy gossiping with each other to get up and do any work.
