Lousy benefits. As far as accruing personal time off, you had to work there for 20 years for a decent PTO accrual.

Rigid, limited/lack of resources to do work efficiently, lots of excuses pointing back at useless and impractical policies. Colleagues are unprofessional, many people called off work lead to shortage in staffing. Way too many tiers of leadership team supervisors, and managers. Many of repetitive emails by the same of of people relating the same thing over and over again. No guidance/ leadership if you work during the weekend or overnight.
