      Good old boy network - stay away!

      Pay is average, work hours average.

      Cons

      Management is totally consumed in themselves. Total allegiance to their own gold old boy network. Even if you tell the truth, management is NOT interested except to promote within their ranks. They believe lies from lower management, and not the truth from their employees. I have experienced the lies first hand which resulted in my dismissal. But the truth is that I did not do the things they claimed.

      Administration is knowledgable and is constantly looking at ways to do more for there employees and the community they serve!

      I wish the pay was better in Florida.

      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome and some life long friends. Always busy work environment. Plenty of jobs to transfer to. Good benefits. Good food.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and ignorant managers. No advancement opportunities hardly at all. Managers tell you if you work hard you can work your way up quick. You try to get any promotion and HR will tell you no and doesn't matter how long you've worked with us. HR would rather hire new workers from the outside than promote from within. Nurses are usually very rude and doctors are always in too much of a hurry to talk to at all.
