Pros
Much of the staff is friendly and easy to work with. Okay benefits --comparable to other hospitals in the area.
Cons
In the last year, every administrator and most directors have changed. There is little concern for the nurse to patient ratio. Nurses often have more patients than they can manage appropriately and acuity is not factored in. No 401k matching.
