Will not advance unless you are from Israel. Raises wayyyyy less than inflation. Bonuses are a joke and just seem to be random. A giant slap to the face when you are annually rated above average. Work life balance does not exist. No career advancement paths. Lack of communication, goals, and changing priorities hourly. No mentorship, lack of HR accountability for issues, poor pay, and toxic management culture who cares more about paying fines and producing than it does about the safety and well being of it's employees and communities it works in.
