      Pros

      Benefit package is ok, albeit expensive, for the higher tiered plan but it does come with perks that can be used for the other facilities that are part of the Northwest Health group.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive at all, and extra responsibilities will be put on you that will not translate into any type of promotion and will not be considered during evaluations.
