Pros

Orrick was a great education. You work hard, but the teamwork and the willingness to give paralegals responsibility made the hardwork worthwhile.

Cons

Be aware that there is a lot of overtime. Weekends, holidays, late evenings. Be prepared to dedicate yourself.
