      Pros

      I had several great years on a small team. I appreciated the great company culture. I saw the people team make a lot of honest efforts to make sure all staff felt appreciated. Really enjoyed working here.

      Cons

      I did feel that a lot of staff from other departments really had no idea what my role was or why I was trying to collaborate with them to start. This seemed to improve over time.

      Pros

      Welcoming atmosphere, kind employees, medical professionals who take their jobs seriously and deliver excellent care, management is approchable and actually listens to your concerns.

      Cons

      There is always a demand for scribes, so combined with the high turnover rate and recruitment challenges I am often asked to pick up shifts I didn't want/ask for.
