      This place is a joke

      Pros

      They hire good quality people who are friendly and outgoing. They have several locations you can work at.

      Cons

      Terrible pay with insufficient raises. Most of the doctors are self absorbed and think they rule the world (dont work for Dr.Hansen). Management is controlled by the doctors and have no backbone, they will never chose your side over the doctors and will just move you to another location if a doctor doesn't want you there. Training was awful and done by inexperienced workers due to lack of experienced staff (high turnover rate). They will expect you to do things they haven't trained you to do and you will get no credit for doing it. There is also no room for growth.

      I did love my coworkers who are no longer with the company

      Cons

      underpaid, got yelled and cussed at by a surgeon who worked there, manager made several empty promises, staff was in and out like a revolving door due to poor work environment
