Racial undertones Black people (women) are always doing the most work but the least appreciated. Management rude a wives to throw you under the bus in front of patients to save face Management does nothing to rectify issues of feeling uncomfortable around certain employees. He never reaches out on yearly review even if you mark that would like them too.
