I honestly can't think of any pros

Cons

Manager expects way too much from employees that don't get paid enough. Manager is constantly calling someone out in an email that gets sent to everyone in the department. If there's an issue, we should be able to address it individually instead of being embarrassed in front of the whole team. It's unfair and discriminatory.

SOME of the co worker are fun and nice to work with Pretty easy job

The pay is horrible, management within my office was horrible. Learned to do the job that the manager was suppose to know. Just poor management altogether. Did the job of 3 people and went above and beyond to learn more than what was expected only to be talked to in a condescending manner. Again pay needs to be better

Doctors own the company, and it shows. They have multiple houses, cars, etc while the staff the run the business are just barely making it by.
