Company has a great mission and tries to make that a reality for patients and employees. Leadership helps employees learn and grow within the organization. There are so many different teams and departments, but everyone works really well together. I like how OC gives back in the community and has healthy reward programs for employees! We also do a lot to help local charities. I really enjoy working here.
