Pros

Great co-workers, flexible with time off, good continuing education opportunities, excellent equipment and medical records. Workplace provides up to date facilities, staff and training.

Cons

Driven to be a successful business first, provide for patients second, and employees third. Leadership is somewhat handicapped by the fact that this is a physician owned and operated company; therapy is an ancillary service. While I believe it is possible to give good quality care in this environment it is not the primary focus of the company.

Pros

Advancement, positive enviroment, overall organizational goal of excellence in orthopedics. I like the fact that they have so many locations to make it convient to commute to.

Cons

Sometimes in becoming such a large organization, veteran employees get lost. I think a greater appreciation for the employees that have been there the longest should be valued more.
