Pros

Working at OrthoCarolina is great. I have a great team. We have superiors that listen change is open. I think people failed to realize when working here and accepting roles here that they are entering a private healthcare facility and pay and benefits are not going to be as good, like atrium or Novant.

Cons

The only cons I have is benefits could be better pay could be better.
