Most of management are white collar Mormons which no professional respectful company would consider them for employment in their mail room. Their HR dept's a liability. They constantly overlook complaints of employees in reference to the terrible management in Patient services, they refuse to hold management accountable for any of their wrongs. They manage the insurance administrators out of fear, you do not have a voice here, you will do exactly what you're told no matter how unethical , terrible place with a terrible culture and no morals and very very unethical. They allow sales reps to use profanity and speak you as if you're a slave, what can you do? Who can you tell? Theirs no-one. Do as you're told and be quiet. TERRIBLE!! This is why they pay more , they hold you hostage with the revenue.
