Products and working staff are great

Cons

No real career path. HR is very clicking and not helpful unless they want to be. Upper management are in their own elite circle and not very personable with the working people even if you are a Director level and work hard.

Pros

Great people and awesome products, great patient first mentality. There are meaningful attempts in the individual offices to build good culture. Awesome work life balance & flexibility.

Cons

After merger and new management/regime change it seems like there is a disconnect between upper level management and rest of the organization. Old leadership was much better at conveying a unified goal/direction/etc. Seems like new management is getting their footing still and seems to be doing their own thing well the rest of the departments/teams are just bopping along without clear direction/motivation. Left company due to lack of future direction/advancement opportunity.
