1. Below par talent hired in last few years . 2. Very few business analyst are SMEs, and leave it to developers to deep dive 3. Hardly any Agility, or experience with effectively managing scrum or kanban.

In general very low talent around. People lack genuine software development and product experience. Product folks are extremely slow and hardly participate in daily scrum issues.
