Unsafe environment, policies and procedures are not followed by everyone, (depends who it is, as to whether or not a policy is followed). Parking is horrible. Open door policy does not exist.
Great company, great employees, stable work environment. Can't compain. the company is growing and upgrading their softwares. Lots of positive changes.
Cons
Outdated work process. Old-school paper filing. They are making changes, but not enough in other departments, which causes a lot of headaches.
