Coworkers and higher ups are very nice people Everyone is more or less willing to help one another The work itself isn't that bad
Cons
Depending on the firm you end up in, you could end up with a VERY VERY high workload which can often be overwhelming There could stand to be a bit more structure with training Pay doesn't always reflect how well you are able to perform your tasks
