      Disappointed you feel we have a lack of salary and raises. We have highly competitive compensation which is based on a “pay for performance” philosophy. We use current market-based survey sources for decisions about base salary, bonus targets and merit pool percentages. Our philosophy has resulted in robust payments to our employees over the last three years since Advisor Group was established as a stand-alone company.

      The company is growing fast. When I started 2 years ago, there was 700 employees. 2 years later we have added another location in Florida and we have over 1000 employees.
