      Pros

      This was my first summer internship, and it couldn't have been more perfect. My team was great, super organized, and the work environment is pretty relaxed. Everyone is super friendly and I was able to learn a lot. What I really appreciated about it was that it gave me the opportunity to make an impact on Advisor Group. I was always busy and I always had something to do.

      Cons

      I know other interns who did not have the same experience I did. It really depends on what department you're a part of, because I feel there's a little disconnect between the departments as well as what their needs are.

      Pros

      I was hired as a contract worker in March 2019 to assist the VP of Talent Development with the company's new hire and professional development programs. During my time as a contract worker, I was treated with great respect and was given many opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of the company. I have always felt that leadership listened to my feedback and ideas and that I was able to play an important role in the success of the company. I was eventually asked to join the team full time and did not hesitate to say "Yes!"

      Cons

      I have not encountered any negative aspects of Advisor Group or its leadership. This is a great company and great people who work here.

      Pros

      Medium to demanding workload in a neighborhood location with little traffic makes easy commuting. PTO is good, Medical/Dental/Vision is average, 401K match is behind competition.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end of the salary range and consider it competitive. Lack of cross department collaboration and lots of policy inconsistencies.
