Poor upper management and culture which leads to a lot of unprofessionalism amongst a large % of staff.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. It is important for us to get real time feedback from a most valuable asset as a company, our employees. We have grown tremendously over the past year and our culture will always be the combination of our employees and making sure we are living our corporate values in support of our mission and vision as a company. I agree we have good benefits and a nice working environment, but I also encourage all employees to lead from their position and meet with there line leadership, site leadership or with me personally to discuss how we can continue to improve upon the culture we are building.
