      Pros

      I find that the work I do is meaningful, and clearly connected to the company's goals and priorities. The culture here in Phoenix is great - outstanding balance of high expectations and opportunity with just the right amount of fun as well. It seems like every month there is some sort of social event.

      Cons

      I have yet to identify a real "Con" working at Advisor Group. I was fortunate to have been hired onto an outstanding team led by a great Manager.
