Many people have worked here 20 or 30 years. Why? AG is the best Advisor and employee focused company hands down. We keep acquiring new business and we don't have enough great people to fill the open positions. Here in Phoenix, we're in the mid-town area. Light rail, bus lines, great shops and food right outside the front door. TONS of housing available. Competitive salary, annual bonuses, GREAT benefits! I've been around the banking and real estate industry forever, but not so much time here. I was going to "whine" about not getting a bonus, but I found out several days ago that yes, Virginia, there are bonuses given to "newbies". Thanks Management. Because you're proactive, I have no complaints.
