We have focused on Growth (new products & services), Service (new tools and hands-on training in all functions), and Investing in our people (merit increases, recognition programs, leadership summits, manager workshops, 360 reviews, speed mentoring programs, and a 24/7 online learning platform). On top of that, our growth and acquisition volume have provided new opportunities for skill development and career enhancement.

Pros

Coworkers (most) are very friendly and helpful. New location is nice. Paid covered parking.

Cons

Too much middle management, nothing has changed, rather keep the bad managers and get rid of experienced employees. How come they don't notice the turn over in some departments? Rather hire younger unexperienced at a low wage than keep their older, experienced staff. Bottom line, go somewhere else, I am, I have had enough of the promises for change.
