Pros
Some of the team members are really nice and helpful. PTO, pay, and flexibility are awesome.
Cons
Recently hired and recently fired. No formal training. No clear structure or code of ethics. Belittling, demeaning, demanding, and everywhere in between. Unrealistic expectations and comparisons to tenured employees. No chance of success and every chance at failure. Hard work, long hours, and missed lunches are not acknowledged or appreciated for the effort given. Not worth it.
