Pros
It's a large company so you might have a chance to move around, but so far, there's still a hiring freeze so nothing will happen on that front anytime soon.
Cons
No growth, no cost of living/tariff/inflation adjustments, nobody in upper leadership seems to care at all. They're pushing super hard for return to office and nobody likes it. Theyve deluded themselves into believing it's a good thing, but it's only making the morale worse and costs for employees increase even more (travel, lunch, etc expenses.) No adjustments for that either.
