A few months ago, our Atlanta employees moved into all-new office space that is designed for collaboration and transparency, which has greatly improved collaboration and relationship building amongst those teams. After becoming independent, we instituted annual merit increases based on performance and did market adjustments to pay for employees who had fallen behind in pay. We are continually updating our benchmark information to remain competitive to ensure we pay our employees appropriately.
