      Nice design on branding and color choices

      Cons

      Private equity firm that cares more about bottom line than employees. Best analogy is they are a house flipper v home owner…non-competitive wages and very cheap in terms of reimbursement for required business travel and systems needed to perform duties (does not care about comfort nor convenience of its employees). Constantly micromanaging or cutting back resources. Corporately speaking it is a cold and soulless environment.

      The only good thing about this company is the staff that remained from when it was Securities America.

      Cons

      Management - Total joke. They do not care about the employees and will lie straight to their faces. Pay - Don't expect to be paid what you are worth. Return to Office - The only reason why they are making the employees return is because the new half of the building is virtually empty. You are only a number. Any grievance or suggestions to make things more efficient or even "fun" will not be taken into consideration. Avoid working for this company.
