      You will feel right at home if you have worked for a regional (1000+ Advisors) or large-scale broker-dealer. They are racing to consolidate their portfolio of nearly a dozen BDs under one umbrella.

      Cons

      Expect growing pains and the typical technology/operational/ staffing struggles you would expect from any peer firm of this size.
