Great Time off off if you can take it

Cons

No formal training structure/ Over burdening current employees to train You will be burnt out with all the job tasks given to you and limited or antiquated tools to accomplish goals. Management gives last minute information/ directions with little to no training to execute goals Petty work environment- very clique centered Pay does not match work load /grumpy workers due to personnel shortage and overworked Time off is given but can be challenging to take time off, Which translation = lost vacation
