Some wonderful people work here. You just have to find them.

Since 2020, onslaught of acquisitions and leadership changes have been is increasingly difficult for team members in Director, VP, SVP roles. A new ceiling has appeared. Majority of new hires are coming from LPL while leaders say "we can hire anyone we want." Leaders are over their skis in two major areas of the company, and all downlines in those areas are impacted negative. It's so unfortunate to see because the company has achieved great things, but it's even worse to experience first hand. Actions speak loudly.

Cons

Literally everything else. Zero work/life balance, AG doesn’t care about you- you truly are just a number. If you like 2.5 days of training then getting thrown to the wolves, this place is for you.

Thanks you for your comments. We read them all reflectively and always strive to do better. We do track our turnover and we are slightly better than industry metric and are striving to improve.
