This job pays the bills so I can't complain much. I also got the experience I needed to qualify in other jobs.

Cons

The discrimination in this company is so high and unreal. If your skin color and the way you look are different, they will always keep an eye on you and check your documents from time to time even when you've already proven you have all of them.

Salaries not posted on jobs. HR doesn’t reply in a timely manner or doesn’t reply at all. Outside applicants will never get a response from Advisor Group. I recommended my friend to apply for a job and she never got a response back.
