      Pros

      Great benefits that are affordable, Great work/life balance. Lots of vacation days. Pay & bonus was inline with industry standards. The FAs with the firm are generally good reps

      Cons

      It didn’t feel like I worked for a financial firm. Spartan facilities. Everyone has one specific job to do and it got monotonous. My coworkers often “passed the buck” b/c it “wasn’t their job” when in reality all we were trying to do was service our reps and their clients. I won service awards with this company and promotions were impossible to get. HR department was unresponsive. My manager was knowledgeable but didn’t help in advancing my career. Overall it was just a job and not a place to build a career
