      Osano gives their employees a safe, fun inclusive workplace. We are encouraged to try, fail, and try again. Osano is passionate about incorporating their core-values into everything we do. One of the best parts about working at Osano, is that your managers and even the leadership team are invested in your career growth and want to help you grow within the org.

      Not a con- Just be ready for change and ready to be able and willing to take risks and try new things.

      Pros

      Osano has been a fantastic experience from interview one. The transparency and straight forward interview process and the care taken at making you feel like a person is appreciated. 4 months into my time with Osano and the experience has been consistently great.

      Cons

      As a startup, there will be constant change and also down quarters. Not necessarily a con but definitely something to understand when aiming to join Osano or any startup.
